On February 26th, 2012 you can join a guided tour in the medieval town, in order to discover the gothic soul of Siena, with its buildings and palaces which – since 1995 – have been declared treasures of mankind by Unesco.

No other town in Italy has kept its cultural medieval heritage untouched more than Siena has, with its Palio, the 17 Contrade, the masterworks and the city centre, similar to a huge museum.
The urban trekking will let you know the most unusual parts of the town, far from the tourist attractions, and full of surprises, especially under the snow... You'll get a brochure with some information about the starting point and the arrival of the tour, as well as some panoramic sceneries you'll find along the way. Meeting point is Piazza Jacopo della Quercia, at 10.15 A.M. opposite the ticket office by the cathedral.
